Michele Pero is professional photographer since 1992. He is founder of the photography school TheDarkroom Academy. He has been working as commercial photographer between Milan and Florence. He has been travelling the world as photojournalist and had several exhibitions all over Europe about the wars he has covered, from the Balkans to Syria. He has published two books and a photo magazine. Today he is dedicated mainly to alternative photographic techniques such as wet plate collodion and old printing techniques.
